MARC ACCETTA - FINAL DRAFT Following this dissertation you will have the opportunity to view videos recorded over a period of almost ten years of both Marc Accetta and Kelly Mathews, their stories may be different than you have been lead to believe, and they may change from year to year. What you are about to experience is a truthful glimpse into the lives of Marc Accetta and Kelly. I have documentation verifying everything contained herein is true and correct and I am willing to testify, under oath, in a court of law as well as take a polygraph to prove the validity of these facts. I know many of you may not want to know the truth about Marc Accetta & Kelly, because you are convinced they are honest, kind people whose only goal is to help others. As you will see Marc Accetta suffers from severe narcissism and is a pathological liar, which the information that follows will prove, in Marc Accettas own words. The reality is Marc Accetta has traded in Marc Accetta and has been pretending to be me for many years. So for those of you who love and care about Marc Accetta, and may feel the need to defend him, you should take the time to realize that what you admire most about him is, most likely, his ability to pretend he is me! The truth will be confirmed by both Marc Accetta & Kelly Mathews themselves throughout this expose. For those of you who may still be offended by my discrediting Marc Accetta after viewing this; I have decided to place several video recordings of my Perpetual Money Machine Characters, which people paid $1,000 per person to attend, and compare them to rip off Marc Accettas imposter characters. I have also posted the opportunity of a lifetime video from my last company, under the true story section, which includes information about the company, and products I created, and which, through a series of circumstances, resulted in the financial success Marc Accetta. This video is the same video Marc Accetta and the rest of those involved in my company used to share the opportunity with others. Marc Accetta, I am so touched you speak so highly of me, especially since you were largely responsible for the demise of my billion dollar company in its infancy, due to your greed, stupidity and despicable actions. It seems as though you learned nothing from me, not even how to tell the truth or not to steal! I have taken a few years off and have tolerated the abuse and defamation of my company, my person and my training material for far too long! The records will be set straight and the truth will be known to everyone, including those who sit at home in their underwear having nothing better to do but spend their time online spreading rumors and defaming those of us actually making contributions to the environment, the economy and the world. Lets begin with the fact that; for many years, I have taught people successful selling and negotiating is accomplished through the use of stories, not the mere dissemination of facts and figures. I have taught hundreds of thousands of people that Facts tell & stories sell. Unfortunately, it has become obvious over the years that the overwhelming majorities of people with whom I have shared this information suffer from some level of narcissism, and therefore lack the ability to discern the difference between creating a factual story, in order to communicate information in an easily understand manner; and considering this a license to distort reality with exaggerations and lies. Marc Accetta has certainly proven himself to be an outstanding member of this group. On hundreds of occasions Marc Accetta has recited the same lies he has posted on his website; pathological lies he has actually convinced himself are true. Lets start with your website Marc Accetta; or what I would call your web of deceit site: You certainly left out quite a bit of the truth now havent you? How about the fact that you declare you began your sales career during your final year of college and distinguished yourself with that international company earning your way into the Hall of Fame within your first five years. The truth is Marc Accetta came to me after spending 7 to 10 years, depend upon which day you told your story, as an unsuccessful door-to-door pot and pan salesman who was destitute broke, living in a 700 square foot rundown apartment and driving a piece of crap Buick Riviera that didnt even have a working radio, until I fixed it for him. CLIP And Kelly Mathews was a broke secretary working for the electronics company that installed equipment on my first yacht and worked for my company for quite some time before the two of them even knew each other. CLIP - story And for the record Marc Accetta, your picture was placed on the Wall of Fame, in our reception area. Wall, with a W Marc Accetta, there was no Hall of Fame. And I simply cant believe you completely failed to tell these people that anyone watching this would have qualified to be on the Wall of Fame themselves and become a multi-millionaire if I had put them in the same spot I put you! Why hasnt honest Marc Accetta, the Good Samaritan, told everyone he was one of only 5 people I choose to sponsor directly, opting to stack hundreds of thousands of people under him, which resulted in his success? Go on you narcissist you! These six people and dozens of others earned millions of dollars as I built a group of close to 2 million distributors under them using my scripts, my videos, my satellite network, my satellite shows, my promotions, my training programs, my sales tools and my high quality products, all of which I personally designed and developed. Any of the hundreds of thousands of people who were involved can tell you; all Marc Accetta and the others had to do was pick out a few newspaper ads from the thousands that were available to choose from, answer the phone when it rang, read my script to the caller and show them my videos when they showed up for their appointments! In all honesty people; how hard would it have been for you to make millions of dollars if I had placed you in one of those 5 spots like I did for Marc Accetta? After all, you can read, answer the phone and play a DVD, cant you? Wait, Marc Accetta will tell you himself: CLIP mark saying I invited some friends and ran some ads How is it that Marc Accetta, after all that time working with me and watching me, is still incapable of helping anyone accomplish financial success of any kind, let alone the kind of finical success I virtually handed him? Not only is he incapable of creating success for anyone else, he is incapable of even making a living or sustaining the level of success I created for him. He has been pretending his expertise resulted in his success and lifestyle, while all he did was steal my copy written training material. Marc Accetta, the only things you are capable of creating are packs of lies and the false reputation you use to manipulate others into paying you for information that is not rightfully yours! Just because someone attends 1st grade and learns the alphabet, allowing them to stand in front of other people and recite their ABCs, doesnt qualify them as a properly trained and certified teacher now, does it Marc Accetta? Lets now go to your u-tube: First, I have to say I find it hysterical the vast majority of the pictures you posted on your site portraying your incredible lifestyle filled with friends and family from all over the world, as you say, are actually photographs that were taken at events and parties I hosted and trips I took you on, all of which I paid for! Amazingly, you forgot to include any photos with me, the mentor you say you have undying respect for: Here Marc Accetta portrays the caring individual who was blessed to share time with a mentor who shared wisdom with Marc Accetta. Marc Accetta has actually convinced himself his mission is to pass on the wealth of knowledge he was given from his respected mentor: CLIP from his u-tube, Now as time The truth be told, Marc Accetta never contacted me to ask for permission to use or sell my material. The fact is Marc Accetta was never given the right to use any of my copy written, registered information he stole and sells for a profit. After I completely transformed his life, allowing him to earn millions of dollars, as a result of being placed in the top of my company, which he has testified to hundreds of times, Marc Accetta was part of a group of people, mainly made up of those I built the company under, that were told they would no longer be promoted as leadership at my trainings, on conference calls, satellite shows, in any written materials, or at any company events due to their arrogance, selfishness and inexcusable behavior. By inexcusable behavior I am referring to that fact that, while many of these people were married, they were using my weekend training sessions as an opportunity to have sexual relations and cheat on their spouses with as many victims as possible, using their wealth & status as a lure for unsuspecting newcomers. This behavior resulted in complaints of sexual harassment and culminated when two members of this group raped and sodomized what was termed in the police report as, A highly intoxicated, profusely vomiting, passed out 25 year old single mother, who was attending her very first training. Now, while Marc Accetta was not present at the rape, he and many others decided to support that behavior, ban together calling themselves, the Advisory Board and come to my office with a signed letter demanding I resign and give them my company! While there was never one complaint received regarding my conduct, their demand letter requested I resign, give them my company, and allow them to wreak havoc over the sales force, claiming their actions were justified as they felt I had sexually harassed their wives and girl friends! Oh, the irony. This letter was written by the convicted rapist and his associate, who had more sexual harassment claims against him then all of the remaining people combined! In reality, the letter was a way for these people to protect their reputations, as I had made it clear I intended to replace all of them with new people who would not be arrogant or selfish, and who would appreciate their positions and conduct themselves in a mature and businesslike manner. You see, they had decided in their own minds they were responsible for the growth of the company, even though they were running my ads, reading my scripts, playing my videos and selling my products! The very syndrome the Karate Master Character was designed to ward off, a character you will have the opportunity to view at the end of this expose. The authors of the letter used the technique I taught at Journey beyond Perception, called group dynamics, and combined it with another technique I call fear of loss and used it on the others. The rest of the group, including Marc Accetta, was told if they didnt sign the letter and I did give up the company, they would not receive any benefit. First and foremost, while some of you may still love and support Marc Accetta even with irrefutable proof of his deception, and decide to hold me responsible, know I have absolutely no tolerance for anyone who would abuse, use or rape anyone! I dont care how much money I was making, I would never support, defend or remain loyal to anyone who committed such despicable acts. Yet Marc Accetta signed the letter, well aware of all the details of the rape, the arrest and the circumstances. Anyway, while that was probably more information than you needed to know, lets get back to the point. I told them all I would retire and welcomed them into the conference room to strategize their takeover plans. Meanwhile, I went to my office and recorded a satellite show terminating all of them for breach of contract and unethical behavior. While they left that Monday believing they would soon own the company, the next day the show aired notifying everyone they were no longer a part of it! CLIP piece from show I was shocked: the response was overwhelming as thousands of people felt they were freed from their oppression and hundreds of complaints people had been afraid to register came forth. A few weeks later their strategy became more obvious as the two who penned the letter, along with their wives, started their own company. Their strategy was to use the bogus letter as propaganda to defame me and take my distributors, as well as justification for them to leave and start what they called a more family oriented company. Imagine that, a convicted rapist and habitual groper founding a company with family values; despite the absurdity, both Marc Accetta and Kelly Mathews decided to support them in their efforts! As a side not: Within the first 10 days of posting this website, 3 of those 30, who signed the letter, have posted their response, ready to take massive action and work with me again in my new company, which is not even ready launch! Despite their efforts to recruit my distributors and the fact that 30 of the top money earners were terminated, just 8 months later all the corporations involved were more profitable, on average, than any time in our history! Just when all their disgusting conduct was becoming a distant memory, it all came back in a flash! When their efforts to steal the sales force from my company failed, the company that took them all from rags to riches, they had apparently continued their disgraceful actions by contacting governmental agencies and falsely reporting criminal activities within my companys. The IRS was reportedly told I flew millions of untaxed dollars to the Cayman Islands, the FBI was told I used my ranch in Colorado as a militia camp; training mercenaries to assassinate government officials and the FTC was told we were selling worthless products in a pyramid scheme. While it was a simple task to refute these ridiculous allegations with the IRS and the FBI had they come to fruition, the FTC seized my company claiming they believed it was an illegal pyramid scheme. Although the attempt was made to close the company immediately with a preliminary injunction: I appeared before the court, explained our company and demonstrated the quality of our products and we were permitted to continue our business, although virtually all our policies were adjusted by the court and our website home page stated we were seized by the Federal Trade Commission. I am not sure how many of you have ever worked in direct sales or network marketing, but could you imagine keeping thousands of people in your sales force and working for more than 9 months under these conditions? We did it with great success as we prepared for trial, excited to prove the legitimacy of our company and the quality of our products. I sat in court the first day only to understand we now had to fight two court battles, one with the FTC and the other, a class action lawsuit filed against Marc Accetta, by people I had never met nor even heard of, naming me as a defendant. What occurred next was appalling; I literally felt like my heart was being ripped out of my chest as day after day I heard testimony after testimony of how the greedy, selfish people I helped become wealthy, and then terminated for cause, and several of those who went with them had destroyed the lives of innocent people. As I listened to their stories, it wasnt long before I noticed that the majority of the disgruntled people were in Rich, Kale or Marc Accettas group. It all began to make sense as it became obvious they had purposely left a trail of upset people, some having been convinced to buy as much as $20,000 worth of products, a blatant violation of our policies, and left with no one to teach them how to sell it: exactly what the FTC would be hoping to find! Now granted, there were some idiots that, if loaned a kitchen knife, would accidently cut their arm off they were so stupid, but there were also many honest, sincere, hardworking Americans, the very people my company was design to offer a legitimate opportunity to, that had simply been lied to and deceived. People who were excited when these supposedly knowledgeable, successful, wealthy people assured them they would work with them, teach them, help them sell their products and build a sales organization, only to have these greedy, heartless zombies get on a plane and fly out of town, many as soon as the orders were placed and the leases were signed, leaving these hopeful excited people thousands of dollars in debt with no direction! (As time provides I will be posting depositions, court records and audio recordings supporting these facts.) As I heard story after story, day after day, of how innocent people had been victimized by the very people I built groups and created wealth for; I wanted to puke. The best way I can describe the feelings I had would be if you trusted your friends to baby sit your children and returned home and find your babies had been raped, beaten and murdered. I created as close to the perfect company as possible, offering the highest quality environmentally conscious products available anywhere in the world. We even offered free credit to anyone who needed help getting started in the business and didnt even try to collect if someone was unsuccessful and couldnt pay us back for the loan. I spent years of my life designing a company that would help people live healthier lives, clean up the environment and give struggling Americans a chance to establish financial independence; and it was destroyed by a group of people, including Marc Accetta & Kelly Mathews, who were far too narcissistic to realize the destruction and lost opportunities their actions & decisions had created, yet somehow, they convince themselves they are worthy of stealing my material and acting like they are helping people. It is nothing short of disgusting. While there were thousands of people excited to continue the crusade, when it came time to fight for my company, I could no longer see what I was fighting for. These greedy, stupid people bastardized my company. I was being held responsible for the actions of the people I made wealthy, because they did what they did in my company. It was like spending years of your life raising a perfectly beautiful virgin daughter, only to find she was turned into a street hooker by your friends. For those of you idiots who like to exaggerate things and dispense derogatory information remember this: while there were over 1.8 million sales people involved in my company, both me and my company were being held responsible for the actions of what amounted to just a hand full of greedy, self serving, rogue distributors. I spent these days staring at the ceiling of the courtroom asking God why all this was happening. When time allows I will reveal more of what happened in the courtroom and there will be no doubt about what was happening, it became far too obvious even for the biggest skeptic to ignore. While I was sitting there wondering how this could happen; I distinctly remembered sitting at the dining table on my yacht, talking to one of my top earners and his wife. We were spending a few days I the Bahamas just relaxing and enjoying ourselves. It was a Saturday morning and he announced he needed to get to the airport so he could get to the training in Kentucky. I sat with him pleaded with him not to go, I even remember asking his wife to go with him. She said she couldnt because she had to get back to their children. I remembered saying, This has trouble written all over it! The next thing I remembered was receiving a call early Monday morning, it was him. He had the audacity to call me from jail and ask me for bail money, he had been arrested for raping one of the girls at the training. He said, Come on man, you have to get me out, I cant let my wife find out about this. It seems there is no end to the narcissism in this group. While his actions and the actions of his friend caused immeasurable physical and psychological damage to this poor girl, all he could think about was himself! I remembered hanging up the phone and having my eyes well up, as I could not understand how something so incredibly great could have been used as a vehicle for such a despicable and heinous crime. I distinctly remember saying a prayer and asking God, If we are not doing more good than bad, if my company is being used to hurt more people than it is helping, take it away! I realized that I was sitting in the courtroom fighting to save a company for the thousands of loyal supporters, while God was simply answering my prayer from a year or so ago. Instantly everything changed, ideas started flowing for a new and better company. I was given inspiration and the vision of a marketing system that would not only be above reproach legally, but it would automatically prevent the arrogance, selfishness and inexcusable behavior of all involved, ensuring I would never have to relive this nightmare. I will never forget the looks on the faces of those who were part of my company, who came with me to the courtroom every day, when I became excited about the new company. They could not understand how I could be so happy at a time the government was attempting to take millions of dollars in cash and assets that I spent more than 20 years earning! I spent the next several days in the courtroom designing products, logos and finalizing the revolutionary compensation plan, which I have patented. Within minutes of me putting the final touches on the new company, the judge interrupted the court session and asked if I would like to meet with the FTC privately and consider some kind of resolution. Ah, divine intervention; it created the last company, why not the new one! I met with the lead prosecutor from the FTC. We met and actually had a pleasant time. All the people were very nice, especially the lead prosecutor. The mood was actually friendly, we laughed a little and, as I spent time with them I realized that, while this had been very personal to me, these people had been lied to. They were spending weeks away from home, missing their families and merely trying to do their jobs. I was given two options, both of which I declined, even though one of them included millions of dollars in cash to keep the company open and operating. That night I decided on my options and announced I was closing the company on a conference call. If you were working with me at that time I assure you it is a call you will never forget. I announced I was shutting down the company and that I needed 90 days to get the new one ready. On the call I gave everyone 3 options, 1) quit, 2) get a job for a few months, and 3) join ACN, another MLM, to temporarily keep your groups intact until I was ready. Now, whether you were part of my company or not, try to keep up for this part! Laurie Rubidge, a close friend of Marc Accettas, and whom is listed as his friend on his myspace, didnt leave when Trek was started because Tiffany, Riches wife, and the T in Trek, always hated Laurie, because she dated Rich before Tiffany married Rich, so Laurie was not allowed to join Trek. Another one of Lauries exs; Tony Coupez, is a partner in ACN, and was supposedly making special arrangements for our groups to move and stay intact. Now, Laurie was a broke bartender when I found her, I had taken her into my home when times were tough for her, loaning her money and a car from time to time before she became a millionaire in my company, as she was another one of the six top spots. The next day I offered the FTC three options, the details of which are not necessary to explain, suffice to say, one of my offers included the provision that I would voluntarily agree never to participate in network marketing again! Yes, I know, when I voluntarily decided to close my company the airwaves were filled with the fact that I was not allowed to play MLM anymore. My decision was based on one factor and one factor only: I never wanted to invest my time and energy to help people, only to have their stupidity, greed and ungratefulness destroy my creations. I knew if I couldnt, I wouldnt. Oh, by the way, as part of my settlement I exchanged the ban for over 1 million dollars, which is far more than any of those who left have made in MLM since! Anyway, twenty minutes after the FTC received my proposals, the deal was done, and agreement was reached and settlement documents were being prepared. I decided, voluntarily, to close the company, I was never found guilty of any wrong doing, and I got my life back with enough money to last more than a lifetime! The most amazing part of all this was that the Federal trade Commission agreed to the terms on the Thursday before Easter, the same day Judas turned in Christ! I signed the agreement on Good Friday, retiring for the second time, with over 10 million dollars before my 45th birthday, which was on Easter Sunday, something that had never even come close to happening before! What an unbelievable sign, what an unbelievable occurrence, what an unbelievable feeling! Even after all I had been through; I never, ever thought Laurie would turn out to be as despicable as the rest, so I allowed her to maintain all the conference calling information. After 5 or 6 weeks, when the new company was almost ready, I excitedly called Laurie from the Las Vegas airport and said, Laurie, set up a conference call, we are ready to go! She responded by saying, Fuck you, they are mine now and she hung up the phone! I am not sure if any of you could understand, unless of course you have created wealth and prosperity for thousands of people, what it feels like for their appreciation to turn to hatred. The most amazing part of all this was my mentor had predicted this more than 3 years earlier! He had the chance to meet a group of these people and told me, I give you less than 3 years and all this will be gone! I laughed at him, as my success far surpassed anything he had ever accomplished. He said, No, I am serious! He went on to say, Remember when I told you if you are trying to develop a person to be a ten, start with a 7 or an 8? Well, you started with 1s and 2s. To make matters worse, you not only made then wealthy, you convinced them they did it themselves. Once they discover you did it for them, and they cant do it themselves, they will have no choice but to hate you! He nailed it almost to the day! See, when I told them I was going to replace them, I fully expected them to have an epiphany and realize what they were about to lose so they would change their attitudes. Unfortunately, as I found out, a 1 or 2 does not possess the intelligence necessary to make an intelligent decision. Perhaps I am still a bit naive; but if someone helps me out, teaches me things I would otherwise never learn, changes my life and creates wealth for me; I would be loyal for life, no matter what! Some of these idiots who went from being broke to multi-millionaires later said, Yea, but sometimes he yelled at us! Yah, for being stupid! If you took me from rags to riches in a handful of years, I would give you written permission to beat me with a stick, naked, on Main Street, during rush hour traffic on a Friday afternoon in the city of your choice! Anyway, about 6 months later I was asked to come to Washington, DC for a deposition regarding the assets I had voluntarily surrendered to the FTC. When we had finished I asked to speak with the federal prosecutor privately. While he initially had a stunned look on his face, he agreed and we went to the lobby together. I am not willing to reveal all the details, but we had the most amazing conversation. His stunned look returned as I began by telling him I had no hard feelings and I was actually thankful he came into my company. I explained I may have lost my company, but I got my life back. I had been so busy working for the success of those ungrateful morons, and then I began working hard again to save the opportunity they virtually destroyed, so the dedicated people they had shunned could benefit. I was so busy I had to schedule time for my childrens birthdays! Then the look of shock went from his face to mine. He said, and I quote, Mr. Gouldd, I deal with criminals for a living. I deal with them every day, but I have never witnessed more unappreciative, despicable human beings than those people who turned on you. Then, one by one, he began mentioning their names and details of what they had said and done. He had obviously done his homework because he knew details about these people I never remembered hearing. They were all mentioned as members in a group he described as, More despicable than the criminals I lock up! He went on to say it was obvious he had been lied to. They had told him our products were basically non-functioning, over priced junk. But, he said, when you turned the company over to us and we opened the warehouse and made your products available to your reps, we had pickup trucks with camper shells on them, drive to Las Vegas from as far away as Miami, Florida and Fairbanks, Alaska. They emptied 10 million dollars worth of products in a handful of days! If your products were what they told us they were, that never would have happened! In passing, I asked if he had noticed the vast majority of complaints came from the groups of Rich Von, Kale Flagg and Marc Accetta. He thought for a minute and smiled. A few months later Trek Alliance was seized by the FTC and shut down immediately, by preliminary injunction, as the FTC obviously found the same unethical behavior they had used in my company was occurring in theirs, despite their family values! Despite the years Marc Accetta and the others worked with me, they have continued to prove they are incapable of building a sales force, as they have all decided to start training companies, making a living by charging money to people that can build groups. They have not created wealth for anyone, not even themselves. The only reason Marc Accetta, Kelly and the rest of them are even making a living is by exploiting the efforts of people like you, who actually do sponsor people, and charging money for trainings; which amounts to little more than regurgitating my material. While they may have taken months or even years to memorize my material, it is obvious they not only dont understand it; but it is even more obvious they are incapable of applying it. The one thing I have always found fascinating is how stupid people can be. As a matter of fact, one of expressions I repeat more than any other is, never under estimate the power of stupidity, unfortunately, in todays world, if you have any intelligence at all, how can you help it. There are thousands of you who have paid money to attend trainings Marc Accetta has done. One of those he calls Journey beyond the Edge. Like all his trainings the words and expressions he uses, the characters, personality testing, and all the rest are copy written and owned by me, stolen by Marc Accetta. His trainings are nothing more than his attempt to duplicate my intellectual propriety which is legally registered and copy written with all rights reserved. Material which I developed, wrote and designed myself. The irony is that while many of you paid to attend Journey beyond the Edge, which is nothing more than a blatant duplication of my program called Journey beyond Perception, part of that seminar talks about the value of a man who could recite every fact and figure in the world. While the businessmen who represented this Genius felt his knowledge was worth a fortune, they were only offered $299.00 for what they thought was an amazingly intelligent person. When the businessmen inquired as to why this Genius was only worth a few hundred dollars, they were told all the things he remembered were only facts that could be found in a set of encyclopedias. Sadly, Marc Accetta repeats that lesson in front of people while amounting to little more than the man who could only repeat other peoples information, the very person he himself tells you is worth nothing more than the cost of a set of encyclopedias! Am I the only one who finds it sad that all Marc Accetta is capable of doing is repeating the thoughts, concepts and ideas I created? Another blatant example of Marc Accettas arrogance and ignorance is that he has the audacity to repeat my characters, particularly my Karate instructor. He actually has the audacity to put on the costume while proving he is the epitome of what the character explains not to become! How much more arrogant could someone be, then to be taken from poverty to riches by me, who has proven over and over again that I do, in fact, understand the principles of wealth building, and who felt sorry for Marc Accetta and his deplorable financial situation having been a destitute failure, only to have Marc Accetta show his gratitude by stealing my creations and claiming they are his? Hey Marc Accetta, do you also think you have the right to kidnap my children? After all, I created them too! At the end of this you will have the opportunity to view some of the many characters I created, the rights to which I own and which are copy written and registered, and you can see for yourself, as we have posted my original characters, which I created many years ago, and the rip off Marc Accetta, as the thieving Imposters. I always told all these people, as you will see in my Karate Master character, I told them I would never teach what was in the bucket, and Marc Accetta has proven he has no idea! Am I the only one who realizes the only person making money in these companies is Marc Accetta? Am I the only one who has figured out, that while the repeating of my material by even someone as untalented and unintelligent as Marc Accetta can give almost anyone a warm and fuzzy feeling, I am willing to bet very few people in any of the companies Marc Accetta has performed my trainings for have even earned enough money to pay for the trainings themselves! I am going to give all of you a little bit of wisdom. When you are working with people who only repeat the ideas of others, that is proof they are incapable of creating. How can you spend your time with someone who cant create, while expecting them to help you create wealth? If they are incapable of creating new theories, concepts, ideas, and markets, they are incapable of helping you create wealth! Marc Accetta, I know you are too narcissistic to ever realize my company was destroyed, in large part, to your lies, greed and despicable actions. But the rest of the people you have been lying to deserve to know the truth! Yes, the actions of Marc Accetta, as much, if not more, than anyone of the 1.8 million other distributors, destroyed one of the finest companies ever designed! Marc Accetta was the cause of a class action lawsuit filed against my company for his illegal and unethical activities which occurred in his office in Dallas, Texas. You just have to ask yourself one question; if any of these people do, in fact, know what they claim they know, or can do what they say they can do, how come not one of them has helped anyone reach financial independence? Ask them how many millionaires they have created? Even with all the knowledge and talent they claim to have, the number is zero! The proof of what I am saying not only lies in the fact that they have not helped a sole achieve financial freedom, but there are incapable of even coming remotely close to producing the success I built for them personally, when I was managing every aspect of their business: except of course, their lies, deceit and frontloading of products to unsuspecting new recruits! Marc Accetta was recently quoted as saying, I can understand why Mr. Gouldd would be upset at the other assholes that have said and done things against him. But I dont understand why he doesnt realize I am like his son. I dont understand why he is not proud of me for my trainings and continuing to carry the torch and spreading the message he started. Ah, duh! Marc Accetta, from your actions and comments, it should be obvious to everyone, that the last thought you must have had was when you finished your SATs in high school! First off, I dont appreciate you insulting my son, or insinuating he is a thief and a liar, like you. While he may only be a few months old he is already showing signs of being far more creative and intelligent than you will ever be! After all, what more blatant example of stupid could you have than for someone to sign contracts agreeing never to use copy written material and then using it and even posting it on the web? Marc Accetta, I have boxes full of contracts signed by you, both from attending trainings and becoming a trainer for my companies, which give me full right and release to use all still photos and video footage of you, which will prove these accusations true both in the public forum and the courtroom. More importantly, I have boxes of contracts signed by you, both from attending trainings and becoming a trainer for my companies, that state you fully understand all my material is copy written and owned by me and that you ONLY have the right to use my material while working for me and have NO RIGHTS OF ANY KIND to use my material outside of my companies or for your own benefit. You signed those documents, repeatedly and over a number of years, verifying the fact that you clearly understood you will be held financially and legally responsible if you do so! These signed documents will also prove these accusations true in both the public forum and the courtroom. In addition to proving you have no integrity and that your word and your commitments mean nothing to you, what part of 7th grade English do you have a hard time understanding? Not only are you and the owners of the companies you work for in blatant violation of the law, your many signed contacts and what amounts to video confessions, you are subjecting them and every one of your attendees to the possibility of being a party to subpoenas and multi-million dollar lawsuits. I have your seminar notes, your notebooks and video recordings of you repeating my personal material; material you agreed in writing, dozens of times, you have no rights to use. You are certainly proof that when I develop a marketing strategy even stupid people can get rich! By law every penny you have taken from the people who have paid to see you repeat my material is rightfully mine. My advice to you would be for you to contact me directly and make some arrangements for reparation before you are contacted by my attorneys, the legal fees will only make things much more painful! For those of you who have attended Marc Accettas programs and who have failed to achieve the level of success he promised or insinuated his rendition of my material would bring you, I invite all of you to contact me. I will be happy to share the proceeds of the reparations with those of you who have been a party to this fraud and these lies. While you may feel good on the stage Marc Accetta, what you have done with your opportunities is sad, very sad in deed. I know you sometimes like to act like a hard ass and impress people youre a tough guy, like the last time I saw you, you remember, when you showed up with your rapist friend and fellow thieves demanding I turn the company that made you rich, over to him. That was the time you acted like a freshman, pledging a fraternity, acting out part of a hazing ceremony. You kept looking over at your buddies while you stood in a group of 30 people nervously screaming at me, I will kick your ass, I will kick your ass! Lets see, you get sued for your illegal and unethical behavior, a suit I eventually have to defend, you try to steal my company, you try to steal my people, and then you steal my characters, seminars and training material. And you promote yourself as a mentor; what a great example you are setting; you are violating federal laws, you are a pathological liar, you are stealing, and you are incapable of producing the success I handed you, the success you claim is the reason these people should be following you, while you are slowing loosing the wealth I created for you. Some mentor; you should be ashamed of yourself! As a matter of fact, you should be in the bathtub playing with hair dryer and straight razor! Sorry folks, thats just my sense of humor! What you have been trying to forget Marc Accetta, is I know the little lost soul who was destitute broke and begging me for an opportunity, which I created for you. You are still the same little lost soul, the same lost little boy, who is wearing my costumes and trying to impress people you are me! It must be tough for you Marc Accetta, getting more recognition acting like someone else than you were ever capable of as yourself. While I feel sorry for you, I still think you are disgusting for having the audacity to stand up in front of people and tell them that, and I quote, Most people go through their lives and dont understand who they are and they are trying to be someone they are not! Marc Accetta, how can you even look yourself in the mirror or stand in front of people, look them in the face and tell them these things: when that is exactly what you are spending your life doing? Talk about arrogance, you are the epitome of exactly what you are telling them they should never be! You are nothing more than a common thief! Perhaps you should listen to the shit you are shoveling, as a matter of fact, why not listen to yourself right now: You have done nothing more than prove what I have said a thousand times; people like you can steal the trick, but you will never have the magic! The saddest part of what you are doing is that you seem to be completely oblivious to the karmic retribution you have set in motion not only for yourself, but for hundreds of innocent people who actually think they are in the presence of a true mentor! The culmination of your stupidly is that you signed dozens of contracts stating you were well aware of the facts that I own the rights to all my characters, workbooks and training materials and you have no rights to use them, yet you started a training company based on my stuff! I guess you have to ask yourself if you really what to fight me on this? Do you really want to be sued? Do you really want to risk be served a cease and desist, putting an end to your businesses? Do you know what happens once you are served a law suit? Once you are served there will be no turning back; you will be forced, by the court, to turn over all of your records; including every person who has attended any of your programs, was part of any sales force you have had anything to do with or purchased any of your products. You will also have to turn over complete records, all training materials, audio and video recordings; all company correspondence, incorporation documents, bank account information, tax returns, etc. You will have to hire one or more good attorneys. A good attorney should cost $350 to $600 an hour, plus expenses. I had consistent pricing for my materials and seminars for more than ten years, historically documenting and verifying the true market value of each seminar. I will be suing for the number of participants which attended your trainings multiplied by the cost of a ticket to attend my programs; as that is the actual value of my material, regardless of reductions you have been forced to make as a result of your inability to command the true value. Once we are underway you will be spending weeks, if not months, flying around the country with your attorneys, paying all your expenses, as well as theirs, plus their hourly wages, deposing dozens, if not hundreds of people who have worked with you, attended your events, joined your websites, purchased your products, had any other form of related contact, etc. When all this is said and done; you will find yourself standing in front of a judge and a jury, with all the video material I have from your past, testimonials you have recorded, seminars you have attended, stacks of contracts you have signed, all the evidence I already have against you, all the evidence we will gather from you, as well as all the evidence we gather from those we depose and those who testify. Add to that, the fact that, through my attorneys, I will be asking the questions you will need to answer, in front of the judge and jury, under oath, with no time for rehearsal. Now, you just have to ask yourself one question: Do you feel lucky? What do you actually think your chances of convincing that judge and jury of your innocence? Oh, and regardless of the expenses and hourly wages of your attorneys, once you are found guilty, you will be forced to pay the expenses for me and my attorneys, as well as their legal fees, in addition to the judgments. The legal fees alone will bankrupt you; the judgments will probably haunt you the rest of your life. Just so you cant say I didnt warn you, the fees for my legal team last time exceeded $5 million, before the trial started! Unlike you Marc Accetta, I am not trying to destroy your reputation, your company or your life. I am merely following the law and protecting what is mine. If someone stole your watch, your wallet, your car, your pet or your child; you would want it back, wouldnt you? You have attempted to destroy my company, my reputation, defame my character and have stolen my intellectual property, something I spent years developing and perfecting. This is a matter of principle. I had every person in my companies sign contracts saying they knew they could never use it. Why you and some of the other members of your group of vigilantes think you are above the law is beyond me: but it is not the first time you felt that way now is it? If you take the time to do the math you will all realize very quickly you simply cant afford this, which is why I am giving you a chance to make reparations. I am making this announcement to you, as well as the others, because, regardless of what you may have tried to convince yourself and others, you know as well as I do that I am far nicer and more compassionate than you have ever been. I will be most lenient with those of you who contact me first and settle this, personally. Understand; my patience is thin already and I am very busy preparing for the launch of a new company which will easily dwarf the success of Equinox. As time goes by my willingness to settle these issues will be dramatically reduced, making an example of those who procrastinate.
