B. R. 3/24/08 3:45pm This is pretty awesome stuff Mr. Gouldd. It's funny how I found your website. I was searching online per Marc's recommendation to finding old AMS material. I found no AMS material but I found Marc's imitation of Journey Beyond Perception. I was shocked beyond belief. It's funny seeing him trying to impersonate you. I was dumbstruck when I saw what he was doing. Just 2 days ago was when I asked him if he knew where I could find any old AMS training material to learn from. In actuality he helped me find your site and expose himself what I really thought was true. These kinds of actions are what blurs opportunities for people like myself. Take Care, God bless.

I was on the last conference call...I was also in the hotel room at an ACN event in Baltimore where your top execs started to defame you. I made a choice to walk away and take the information you gave me and build my own future, I chose the credit card processing industry and have been involved in it for the past 8 years. Your teachings continue to allow me to be one of the top performers in my market. THANK YOU! This is GOOD what your doing, however you don't need me to tell you that!

I can only imagine what "ungrateful people" are feeling right about now...maybe like when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, and the military leader said " we have awoken the sleeping giant" with FEAR in his eyes!

T. I. 3/1/08 10:54pm This all boils down to one thing. Is fake Rolex what you want or more importantly, what you deserve? Mr. Gouldd is not only the original Rolex, but he is also the "Rolex" of Rolexes. When I was in Equinox, I attended Marc Accetta's basic building blocks and met him afterwards. He kept playing with his expensive tie while I was talking to him and avoided eye contact. I also met Mr. Gouldd after one of his trainings. He looks you right in the eye and talks to you like you are the only person in the room. I love Mr. Gouldd and he is an excellent coach. The only negative thing I find in him is that he couldn't get his students' IQ above retard. Then again, maybe even God couldn't.

If the person is good to begin with, the wealth will allow that person to do even more good.
If the person is a jerk to begin with, wealth will turn that person into a bigger jerk.
Some people are heading into the wall. You cannot take it with you folks : eventually it will be payback time...

It is such a delight seeing and hearing from you after all this time. Patiently, I have been waiting for your return and just like you have shifted my vision of what the future will be like. I can hardly express how excited I am to work with and learn from you again. I say again because I am a former Equinox distributor who caught the vision from my very first meeting. I only hope that all of your (our) endeavors will bring limitless prosperity to those who understand.

Shame on Accetta, Sharman and all the rest of those who have been disloyal to the vision. I knew all along that those vicious rumors being spread about you were false and now seeing the evidence here it only strengthens my resolve to work personally with you.

M. T. 2/18/08 6:39pm First I watched Mr. Gouldd do the prospector and for 40 minutes I sat smiling and remembering Perpetual and what an amazing time I had there. Perpetual gave an intimate view of Mr. Gouldd and his incredible talents. Truly a Master! Then I watched Marc Accetta and, well it was obvious from the beginning that his character was copied, it was not his. It was fake and totally void of heart. You just can't put your heart and soul into something that isn't of your own creation like Mr. Gouldd has done when he created the characters in Perpetual. They say that when you copy someone, it is the highest form of respect and admiration. After all, you would only copy someone who was a mentor to you, someone you aspired to be like. In all my life, I have never witnessed such a display of arrogance! Marc helps destroy Equinox yet later copies Mr. Gouldd whom he set out to destroy?

S. J. 2/14/08 8:56pm I just watched and listened to the whole presentation regarding what happened to your company, Mr. Gouldd. It is so sad to me how stupid and greedy people can be. I appreciate your fair and balanced presentation of a whole ordeal that had to be incredibly vexing. Without getting into the details, I too have experienced a few episodes in my life that made me wonder what has gone wrong with the human race. You are an excellent trainer, one of the best in the world, and I hope everything will work out so that this person who stole your copyrighted materials will make restitution. Take care.

J. A. 2/7/08 9:57am I have been to several BBB and other AMS trainings "Creating a Perpetual Money Machine"
and watching the "Opportunity of a Lifetime" video, being around the industry for 21 years there is no one that motivates like Mr Gouldd.
I want to thank him for filling me with self-confidence when hundreds of people around me said I was not making good decisions. I wish him the best of luck and I hope to be part of his round table in the future.

I have to tell you I am so proud of you. You have been such an awesome inspiration. Your endeavors here are not falling on deaf ears. We hear you and support you. It's unfair when people steal your intellectual property that you poured your heart and soul into and you have every right to do what you're doing. The fact that you offered people who have been hurt by Marc to help them shows your integrity and your stand for people. I attended your trainings and know what it must have taken to create such amazing information.

I am proud of you and proud to say that I was involved with you. Your training and inspiration has made a tremendous impact on my own life. I was fortunate to have you coach me when I was just out of high school. To this day, your words and trainings have had incredible impact on me. I look forward to speaking with you in the future and watching you DRIVE this company home. I hope to have opportunities in more than one capacity with you and one day I hope to share my passion with you as well as taking part in your new company---'YOU CAN'T DRIVE A BOAT WITHOUT MAKING WAVES!!!' J. R. 1/23/08 4:26pm Wow! I have never worked for Equinox and have never seen these training videos. After viewing Mr. Gouldd’s “Karate Master” and watching Marc’s “karate imposter” video it was obvious that Mr. Gouldd was teaching with the confidence that the information is genuinely his versus Marc’s version where Marc is talking as if he is a parrot repeating information he has simply heard before or a hand puppet with someone’s hand underneath him controlling his movements. The difference is night and day to me. I feel sorry for anyone who was caught up in Marc’s acting classes but on the other hand I’m glad that I have the opportunity to learn from the true master.

S. M. 1/22/08 11:07pm After hearing your story, I am thouroughly dissapointed at Marc Accetta. I consider myself an excellent judge of character and usually trust my intuition. After meeting Mark the first time I wasn't sure, I had more doubts the second time. Something about him doesn't seem to be complete and it became clear at "The View" in Dallas that it was all about generating money though his lectures by having you become a roadie. I am extremely and whole heartedly interested in what you are offering. I would like to learn much much more. It's clear you got cheated by inconsiderate unappreciative souls.

I cannot belive that Mark not only took all of your materials for his own gain, I cannot belive people actually paid money to see it. Mr. Gouldd, I went to every single Perpetual Money Machine from 1991 on and there were no two alike. Its funny to see the imposter video's because we can all tell it's rehersed, boy how many times did he listened to your cd's over and over again, and still did'nt get it . Its obvious he never learved the cardinal rule- "No lying, no cheating, no stealing".-Well at least he's consistent.

I am VERY fortunate and grateful to be able to learn directly from Mr. Gouldd. His lessons are universal and comprehensive. They are applicable to every aspect of my life. Because of Mr. Gouldd, I am finding the success I never thought would be possible for me.

D. W. 1/19/08 7:49pm I have had an entrepreneurial spirit my entire life. I have attempted many network marketing opportunities, including Equinox, and never had any results. In fact, after Equinox, I was completely broke. But understand this....I never blamed Mr. Gouldd. What I've realized over time, and now that I am successfully involved in network marketing, is that I, me, myself, was not doing what I REALLY needed to be doing to grow my business. I was introduced to a travel network marketing company a few months ago. I found out that Marc Accetta is their "top trainer" and uses a program called "Journey" to teach people. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!! What a joke. I was around for the original "top trainer" and that was and is Mr. Gouldd. I am very excited to see what is coming down the pike when the last piece of the puzzle is revealed. Mr. Gouldd is back.

D. B. 1/17/08 9:12pm It's funny i got introduced to Equinox in early 1996 by some warm market. And what hooked me was Marc Accetta's Video when he was sitting near his hot tub in the back yard, and he was saying how grateful he was that he met Mr. Gouldd. I was very green at that time and not too long after that is when the top people left Equinox and the majority of them started trek and I remember one of marcs top guys saying you will never get to work with Mr. Gouldd, how would you like Marc Accetta to mentor you? Understand i was 18 at the time so i obviously said "Oh my god of course" and I became what Marc called his top guy and made it to the top 20 of Trek. Which is nothing to brag about because most of the top 20 did not even make 50K a year. And it just goes to show that Mr. Gouldd is right you can't steal the magic. I spent $100's of thousands just to stay afloat based of Marc’s broken promises. But i guess if I look back i would have to say two things, 1 is it was a great cover charge. 2, I took what i did learn and created a multi-million dollar business from the trainings and knolwledge. But the thanks does not go to Marc. It goes to Mr. Gouldd. So Mr. Gouldd, thank you. It's Funny, you created over 87 millionaires. Marc did not make his whole group all together even $1 Million. Only himself. And if you look at Marc now he is standing alone. Oh, with Kelly for now.

P. M. 1/17/08 9:08pm I listened to a conference call this evening that once again showed why there is no substitute for Mr. Gouldd. This call was over and hour and half but it felt like 5 minutes. Mr. Gouldd relates to everyone while Marc Accetta is only interested in you until he bleeds you dry and moves on to the next victim. It is great that Mr. Gouldd is finally turning on the light so we can all watch the cock roach run !!

A. S. 1/17/08 8:57pm I really can't understand how anyone could have the audacity to steal Mr. Gouldd's training materials and be so deluded to not even admit it! I am so lucky that I have been trained directly by Mr. Gouldd for the past four years and I owe all of my success to him. I only hope that the people who are still listening to Marc find out what a fraud he really is. Marc's myspace page says "actions determine outcomes." I think Marc will learn the true meaning of that now that his sham has been exposed!

R. F. 1/16/08 9:59am It still shocks and appalls me how Marc and the others could be so greedy and self absorbed that they forgot Mr. Gouldd changed their lives and helped them become millionaires. I've been extremely fortunate to work with Mr. Gouldd for the last four years building a business on a part-time basis, as a stay at home mom, that gives my family a residual income. Mr. Gouldd and Teresa have provided training that has helped me build a portfolio that has already exceeded my expectations and it's still growing every month!! All of this is because of their willingness to teach people how to become successful. What kind of an idiot messes that up??

It was stupid, short sighted ignorant people like you that destroyed my company. People who live in denial just like you do. Marc never helped you you idiot, Marc only repeated what I said, so I helped you. If Marc mentioned me so often, how come he never mentioned my name? You say he gives me credit, where's the money he has been charging? If I paint a painting and Marc tells you it was me, then you buy it and he keeps the money, does that make him a nice guy who helped you, helped me, or only helped himself? Go to the website and look at my training compared to Marc's stolen cheap impersonations.. Also, check the comments, you will see how many naive people like you have discovered the truth, you are certainly a minority. We have had thousands of hits and there have only been two people in support of Marc. And exactly what kind of overwhelming income are you racking up there Mr. I get paid to take a vacation?. Dude, pull your head out of your ass, your income in "I get paid to vacation" couldn't even pay the monthly interest on one of my credit cards! The sad thing is johnny, the company you are working with was going out of business. The only thing keeping them in business is having Marc, the pied piper playing my material on his flute and leading you and others like you through a series of seminars which is the only place they are making any money. No wonder they named you after a toilet.

First and foremost you say I called you stupid without knowing you. You are right! I based my judgment on your comments, which were stupid. You are incapable of processing your information correctly. I will slow down so you might actually get it this time. I met Marc, I was very wealthy, he was broke. He says on his website he began selling in his last year of college and went on to say he was on the Hall of Fame with that company in five years. Now, if you haven't visited my website lately, Marc tells the story that he was a destitute broke, unsuccessful door to door pot & pan salesman for 7 or ten years, depending on when he told his story. Now, if Marc is telling one story on his website and another on mine, does that make him an honest person, or a liar?

Secondly, Marc has helped you...but only through sharing my intellectual property which he has no right to do. Hello, it was my information that helped you out, not Marc. I use the term over and over again, never underestimate the power of stupidity. Could you send me a picture of yourself, you definitely qualify as the poster child.

Thirdly, he charged you money for something that was not his. Try to keep up. If he stole my car and sold it to you for a really good price, but you didn't know he stole it, you would consider him a great guy who really gave you a good deal, he really helped you out, didn't he? The problem is, when you look at his own admissions, you should have been capable of comprehending the fact that, he signed contracts verifying he could not use the material, he signed non-compete, non-disclosure agreements preventing him from sharing what he was taught, basically he sold you a stolen car. And your comment is that the courts should figure it out. Why is that Johnny, is that your own admission you are to stupid to figure it out on your own when the facts are right there in front of you, coming from Marc's own mouth? If I had written a movie, which was copy written, and he copied it, would you comprehend the issue? If I wrote a book, which was copy written, and he copied it would you comprehend the issue? If I produced a CD, which was copy written, and he copied it would you comprehend the issue? My website has Marc admitting I taught him everything he knows, yet you can't figure this out, and you are offended at my stupid comments.

Oh yea, funny thing, you said you have heard many things about me, yet I have never heard of you. Not surprising. I am glad you are working with Marc. By the time you figure it out, if you ever do, you will deserve where you will be and I will enjoy knowing what you missed. J. H. 1/16/08 9:59am You know, I just gave my feedback that countered your position that Marc has never helped anyone, not one person. Marc has helped me tremendously, and the trainings he has led for my team has been largely responsible for my growth. If you are the one that mentored Marc then of course you get some of the credit and for that I am sincerely grateful. Marc has always talked extremely highly of you and what he learned the time you were together.

But your attack of my just for being grateful to Marc shows that you are the one that needs to sit in your own trainings. Calling me stupid, without knowing me, makes you look like the 7th grader. I was not involved in the industry when your company was having success but have heard many things about you both good and bad. I never really formed an opinion on you. This email confirms for me the reason your company fell apart. You are your own worst enemy and you have not learned your lesson.

As I said in my message which you don't have the balls to post I do not claim to know the ownership of the info I guess that is for the courts to decide. But Marc has helped me a ton and has always mentioned his mentor and given you credit for a ton. But just because you worked with him years ago does not mean you own him now.

Mr. Gouldd talks bad about Marc and I do not know the legality of his complaints that is for the courts to decide. But for him to attack Marc and say he has never helped anyone is complete crap. Marc has had a lot to do with my success and I am forever grateful.

D. L. 1/15/08 11:14am I sat next to Marc in the Dallas office watching the Satellite show where he thought Mr. Gouldd was going to give Equinox to the 40 people who demanded it (Marc included). He certainly wasn't respectful or appreciative of the opportunity or training Mr. Gouldd had given him. It was clear Marc was overcome by envy and greed. It only got worse when Mr. Gouldd announced he was firing them all! It was very clear Marc forgot where he came from!!!

J. R. 1/13/08 3:22pm I think it's sad that people paid money to see Marc try to imitate Mr. Gouldd. I've had the opportunity to see Mr. Gouldd live many times-no one even comes close! Marc is a cheap copy cat just imitating the real thing. If you want to see the real deal contact Mr. Gouldd yourself.

In just over our first year, my husband was able to quit his job and join me full time. This year I'll make more than 10 times the money than I would have made in 10 years at my job! Mr. Gouldd has changed my life!
