Key Equinox International Policies


The documentation below includes key policies taken directly from the "Equinox International General Policies and Procedures" document. Every Equinox International Representative signed an Agreement stating they fully read and understood these policies and procedures prior to getting started.

The Inventory Product Loading Policy: This policy explains that a new Equinox Representative is not allowed to purchase more than $5000.00 in inventory except in specific approved cases of warranted exception.

The Product Return & Refund Policy: This policy states that any rep at any time may terminate their Distributorship with Equinox International and at that time may receive a full 100% refund on ANY sale aids and unused inventory provided they are not damaged.

The 70% Rule: This policy prohibits representatives from purchasing new inventory unless they have sold or consumed at least 70% of all previously purchased products.
