The True Story

I sincerely want to offer my apologizes and say how truly sorry I am to anyone who was mislead, lied to, or manipulated by the people I thought were my friends and whom I promoted as "leadership". I am now well aware of how they misused their positions, thwarted their power, and instead of building the wealth of others, as I had done for them, they continued to feed their own greed, eventually leaving a legacy of abuse from coast-to-coast.

The amazing transformations I saw take place, the shortsightedness, envy, lust and despicable conduct of those I created the most wealth for, was nothing short of appalling, causing me to re-evaluate every aspect of my life. After I decided to close Equinox, and after I decided not to start the new company I spoke of on the last conference call when I announced the closure of Equinox, the reasons for which are revealed in the Expose’ of Laurie Rubidge, which can be found on this site, I spent almost ten years re-evaluating everything we did right and what little went wrong.

About the only consultation I can offer those of you who were hurt by the company, some of you who I know, like me, lost everything, as a result of the despicable conduct of those who earned the most, is that the most successful people in our new company are from Equinox International. The new opportunity was launched nationally on April 20, 2010 at 2:20 PM pacific time, the exact moment of the ten-year anniversary of when Equinox was closed. The new company has shattered records and gained national notoriety despite our stealth intentions. The new business is not MLM, and the top money earners are already poised to easily out earn even the biggest money makers in Equinox with real residual incomes unlike any MLM can ever provide. As the success of those involved is far more important than explaining the past, I am currently working diligently, as the development of our new opportunity has required far more time and effort than I had ever imagined. On a positive note, the potential of the opportunity has continued to expand exponentially, as well. While my commitment to our new endeavor supercedes my ability to develop this site as fast as I would like, I can assure all of you, whether it takes weeks, months, or even years, I will continue to develop this site whenever humanly possible. As I said before, whether you are a friend or a foe, whether you accept responsibility for your actions or decide to spend your life blaming me, you will be amazed at the information and documentation that I will continue to reveal.

Your trainings were a powerful spark that helped light a frenzy of immovable faith and passion for manifesting the most interesting and profound life I could imagine. I'm absolutely the most fortunate Equniox distributor that ever lived. BBB, Journey and all the other workbooks, etc... are still right there on my bookshelves and they're worth MORE THAN their weight in gold.

I just happened to give a video testimonial of you and your trainings with a friend (Shannon Burnett) that was recently at my house from a road trip. She was in Equinox and we were both in Riikka Lavoie's group. This was a few days ago BEFORE Shannon even told me about your new venture. I'm very excited to see you again.

Wow. I have looked for you online for many years...wondering what ever came of you... I was a full-time desk renting, every weekend training attending, 12 hour a day in the office worker, doing the full blown Equinox deal.
I was nearing the end of my rope when it all went down. But I never blamed you for any mistakes or bad decisions I made along the way. I think you are a mesmerizing, incredible, wise, passionate individual. I will never forget the Las Vegas, Perpetual Money Machine event in 1995...you taught/performed until like, 2 in the morning in front of 8,000 people! You definitely changed my thinking for the better. I have a pretty incredible life right now and a better than average attitude because of you. I listened to your tapes for hours on end...when I should have been doing business maybe but still, I still hear your words in my head..."thoughts are things" "Where are you going to be in 5 years?" "short term pain for long term gain"...all of your lessons served a purpose in my life.
I am elated that you found love and joy in your life.

This website explains everything.Including the video I saw on here about a month ago. Me and my friend/business partner Marty were distributors for Equinox International for about 9 months and we both achieved the position of Manager.

A few weeks after, our direct Mgr took all of our products and headed back home to Indiana. Then, the company closed soon after. We spent years wondering what happened? how did this all end, and why.

We felt burned and lied to and were left with no explaination. I am very glad I ran across this website, because seeing the video which explained the termination of all of the imposters/millionaire phonies and what they attempted to do cleared my curiosity.

Its good to see Bill Gouldd back in the mix and helping others who follow his lead without deceiving others become sucessful. I have no regrets nor animosity toward Equinox International nor Bill Gouldd.

I may not have reached the level of success that some did in the company, but I learned a lot as some of the things he has mentioned Ive seen happen in my life.

Its a sad shame I did not discover this website until this year. Best of luck to all of you who are members of AGMS.

Mr. Gouldd. ive been involved in the mlm for almost 4 years now. since i started ive learned alot of new philosophies and strategies, and i am amazed to find out that most of this great wisdom and insight was created by you and was simply kept going by the people you mentored and made wealthy. this ignited a desire to seek your material, but like you said it has been stolen and duplicated, i cant find it. i know it would be a lot of help to me and a lot of other people in similar situations to get a hold of this raw material created by you. ive heard buck reed and sheri sharman, and ive heard some of your material. there is a difference. im looking forward to hearing your reply about the format whether it be payperview or cd and dvd. have a blessed day.

Dear Mr.Gould,
First and foremost, I do want to say "Thank You" for making such an impact in my lives. I've joined Equinox back in 1994 to the end of 1997 and have made to the position of Executive Marketing Director. Equinox and your AMS Training had made such a different in my 16yrs of network marketing career. I have made millions in the industry and had risen to Top level in some of the companies that I've been involved with...mainly due to your leadership & training.I was 19yrs old at that time and Equinox and you had showed me what true financial freedom in America really mean. My family was one of the "boat people" risking our lives in search for the American Dream. There's so much I want to share and I'm so happy to know that things had turn out for you. Lastly, I've often wants to one day personally able to meet up with you to express my gratitude. Until then take care & God bless!

Mr. Gouldd,

I recently purchased some of your Equinox training material (Perpetual, Millionaire Workshop, and Basic) and I have to say that you are the absolute best in the MLM industry period. It is unbelieveable how much ahead of the game you were and how much of a visionary you are. I find it pretty amazing how many of the people that had the true priviledge of being under your leadership that they have gone to the top of other companies. And that is due to your training and leadership.

It is a true shame what those ungrateful people did to you and now look at most of them. I truly wish that I had gotten in to the industry when you were present. I cannot begin to tell you how much I desire to be able to work with you under your mentorship and leadership. Through your trainings, you have really helped to shape my vision and who I have become. I truly thank you.

A Million blessings goes out to you and your family. I wish you the absolute BEST. You deserve it.

Thanks for your comments, I appreciate your appreciation of my creations and I am glad they are valuable for you.

I spent almost 20 years in the MLM industry and can give you a list as long as my arm why I would never do it again. I was given the opportunity to leave the industry after having those I made wealthy, whom I believed were my friends, try to steal everything I had built. That will all be explained in detail shortly on this website.

I helped countless people in MLM achieve financial success over the years and I consistently witnessed two things: (1) Those who fail blame the successful people for their failure, despite the fact their failure was the result of their not being as talented, committed, or hardworking. And (2) Those who do achieve success eventually become envious of those who helped them, but who are more successful, and endeavor to destroy the achievements of their mentors, usually by trying to take the downlines elsewhere.

The bottom line is probably less than 1% of all the people who have worked in the MLM industry have actually made more than they invested, and far less ever achieve long-term financial success. One can still buy his old training materials? Where from? I believe I still have some of them in a box somewhere, but would not mind purchasing the Millionaire Workshop one. I am still using a lot of the trainings that I've learned many many years ago from him just in my every day dealings...with people, business, in my relationships, etc. I have to admit, the trainings were EXCELLENT and I am glad I learned at such a young age from him! (21 years old)

I really don't know what happened to lead to the "demise" of Equinox, but all I know is, his trainings are very good indeed!

Many, many have tried to duplicate, but he is the 'master' at it..... I've watched him and I've watched others...just as an 'observer' (of all the stuff online these days) and he IS very good at what he does!
